Our title company has a separate construction disbursement department that requires attention to detail.  Rob has been a pleasure to work with because he turns in completed waiver packages in sufficient amount of time to allow for review.  The lien waivers are collected and all work is paid for before a closing date is even scheduled.

I am the escrow agent who closes the transactions with Rob and I have never had to pay any outstanding bills thru the closing or collect missing waivers.  Rob makes my job easier with his efficient and organized business practices.

Cyndee and I are very satisfied with the house that Rob (R&R Construction) built for us. Rob walked us thru the initial meeting where we decided what we wanted from flooring to lighting and thru our follow-up meetings helped us develop a vision of the completed house.

    I just wanted to take a moment to thank you for the wonderful job you and your crew did in building our new home.  It has just been finished a mere 3 months after breaking ground.  The quality and craftmanship is more than we expected.  I had always sworn that I would never build a home, but after my husband I met with Rob, I was sold.  I had some concerns about the building process because we live about 1 1/2 hours away from the building site and my husband travels often which meant I was going to be the one dealing with the day to day issues.  Rob and his crew were so easy to work with.  They truly guided me through each step of the process. We just wanted to take a moment and thank you for the outstanding job you and your crew did with our new home, from being involved through our designing stage to making our dream into a reality.  I have to admit, Brian was a bit hesitant when I brought up the idea of having a home built; however, one meeting with you and he was 100% comfortable going through with it.  We both agree, it is by far one of the best experiences we've been through, to date.  You listened to our wants and needs and you put them to the drawing board.  You're ability to provide us with a design that balances the effective use of our space, along with the unique design we wanted was quite impressive.

The basement was dug on July 29 and we moved into the home on Sept. 25!  We could not have asked for a better contractor or working contracting team!  We highly recommend Rob, he was easy to work with, easy to follow in explanations, had everything planned from day 1, week to week from start to finish and I can honestly say we had no a single major problem with anything!  I look forward to seeing Rob again to thank him for everything and that our life's dream of moving into our own beautiful home is already beginning.  Thanks so much Rob, I've waited over ten years for this house and you made it happen in less than three months!

Hey Rob,

I still can't believe that it took 96 days to build our home.  Our house is over

2,900 square feet of finished living space.  It is amazing your crew was able to

do that.  It would take other construction companies 9-12 months to build a house like

ours.

We had a great building experience working with you.  I know we talked daily or

every other day.  You were very prompt and got back to me right away if you

missed my call.  I can't tell you how much I appreciated that.  You guided us

through the process and that took a lot of stress off of us.  I really

appreciated your honest feedback and opinions.  I felt like we worked as a team

to make the house the best it could be.

I was also very impressed with all the people that worked on our house.  They

took great pride in their work and when you walk through our house you can see

it.

We love our house!  It turned out better than we even thought it would be.
