Construction is and has been great to work with. They
are very open to suggestions and ideas we have made in
regards to floor plans, decor and accessories. They
will build both custom built homes and spec homes that
feel like custom built.
Rob will sit down and
talk to a customer just so they can get to know him. He
will then meet with them to go over floor plans and to
make changes if and when needed. Rob goes to the
building site to personally oversee the construction. If
at anytime the customer or we as agents have questions,
Rob will answer them immediately.
The materials and
craftmanship that R & R uses and presents is of the
highest standards.
We have held numerous
open houses at the homes Rob has listed with us, and not
once have we had any negative feedback from the guests
that have been to them. Most are amazed at the quality
that was put into a spec home.
